Position: Freight Dispatcher (Remote)
Compensation: $2,200–$3,000 weekly | $114,400–$156,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Secure freight through load boards and direct shipper connections.
- Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers to maximize revenue.
- Schedule drivers, manage routes, and confirm delivery appointments.
- Provide full support to drivers while they’re on the road.
- Complete back-office tasks, including rate confirmations, carrier packets, invoicing, and compliance documentation.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with qualified owner-operators.
